This privacy statement applies to users of NAZZELA services anywhere in the world, including users of NAZZELA apps, websites, features or other services. NAZZELA is responsible for the processing of this personal data and considers your privacy important. NAZZELA adheres to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) with regard to the processing of personal data.

Which personal data we process & why

NAZZELA processes your personal data because you use our services. We use the following data for the following purposes:

Age

Our website is not aimed at persons under 16 and we do not intend to collect data about visitors under 16. We cannot reliably check age, so parents are advised to supervise children's online activities. If you believe we have collected information about a minor without parental consent, contact privacy-concerns@nazzela.com and we will delete the data.

Automated decision making & profiling

If you believe a negative decision affecting you was made solely by automated decision-making or profiling and you disagree, contact privacy-concerns@nazzela.com. We will re-evaluate and welcome suggestions for improvement.

How long we keep data

NAZZELA will not store your personal data longer than strictly necessary for the purposes collected, unless required by law. Most of your data is removed 2 years after placing an order (administrative purposes and handling questions/complaints). Data used for reporting, analysis and misuse prevention is kept up to 20 years.

We cannot delete data from backups immediately; if a backup is restored we will delete the relevant data at that time.

Share with merchants

We provide your details (name, address, phone number and order) to the merchant you selected so the merchant can complete/deliver your order. The merchant is a separate controller for processing this data — contact the merchant directly about their handling of your data.

Share with others (not merchants)

NAZZELA does not sell your information. We only provide it to third parties when needed to implement our agreement with you, for analysis/marketing purposes, or to comply with legal obligations.

Possible recipients include:

• Software providers
• Implementation partners
• Customer satisfaction survey agencies

We enter into processing agreements with companies that process data on our behalf to ensure equal levels of security and confidentiality. NAZZELA remains responsible for these processing operations.

Third-party websites

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. When using those sites, note their privacy statements. Although we carefully select linked sites, we cannot be held responsible for how other parties treat your data.

Access, correction & deletion of your personal data

You have the right to view, correct or request deletion of information we hold about you. If you believe we process your personal data without reason or that we hold incorrect data, contact privacy-concerns@nazzela.com. We will respond as soon as possible and no later than within four weeks.

Besides lodging a complaint with us, you have the right to submit a complaint to the relevant supervisory authority for the protection of personal data.
